Not responsible for typographical errors. In the event of misrepresentation of any product on our website, contact ThrustVector support with the specific claim. Any products ordered from the website where errors in representation are found are subject to cancellation. In the event an error would result in an overcharge, ThrustVector Controls may adjust the amount charged to the credit card or cancel the order. In the event an error would cause a charge greater than reported on the checkout pages, the order will be canceled.

Return Policy

All sales from ThrustVector Controls are final. In accordance with the warranty policy, defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at ThrustVector's expense. Returns for refund are not allowed.

Orders

ThrustVector Controls, Inc, makes every effort to ensure the products sold are available for purchase. In the event insufficient inventory is available for an order, or your order is refused by ThrustVector Controls for any other reason, ThrustVector Controls will refund any credit card charges and cancel the order.

Warranty Information

This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from purchase. In the event of a defect, ThrustVector Controls will repair or replace the defective device at its sole discretion. Any modifications to the interface or miswiring of the interface will void any warranty. ThrustVector is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from use of this product, including loss of profits or damage to other devices and equipment. In no case shall the liability of ThrustVector Controls, Inc. be greater than the purchase price of the product.

In simple terms, if the AfterBurner breaks, we'll fix it. If the AfterBurner breaks, burns down your house, divorces your spouse, and deletes your files, we'll replace the AfterBurner. You replace your house, your spouse, and your files.

For warranty claims, contact support@thrustvector.com. Any return sent without an RMA will be refused. Except as described in this warranty, all sales are final.

ThrustVector Controls, Inc., respects your privacy. ThrustVector Controls never sells or shares any personal information with any other parties, except as necessary to process credit cards or ship merchandise. Identifying information, such as login names, may be published on the ThrustVector website in the forums or support sections.
